Biography

I was born and raised in Aveiro, Portugal, with both Portuguese and English heritage. I completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Associação BIOPOLIS | CIBIO-InBIO (Portugal) within the PLACES project. I hold a joint PhD from the University of Aveiro and the University of Lisbon in Biology and Ecology of Global Change.

Affiliations

Invited Researcher at CESAM | University of Aveiro (Portugal). I maintain active international research networks built through prior visiting researcher positions with the Rojas Lab at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali (Colombia), the Wiens Lab at the University of Arizona (USA), and BIODESERTS at Associação BIOPOLIS | CIBIO-InBIO (Portugal).
